Well-Balanced Design
Starting with a Design Development Agreement, we worked through the design phase making all the selections before renovating.
Next, we demoed the entire bathroom down to the framing. An electric floor heat was installed before the large format tiles. The shower has four body sprays, a shower wand, and an electronic shower diverter.
The bathroom was finished with a frameless shower glass enclosure, matching his and hers vanities and matching linen closets.
Unique Bathroom Remodeling
In the following pictures, you will find a unique bathroom remodeling project.
You will notice part of a new construction garage in the picture to the left. All new plumbing and electrical with a custom shower into the dormer end of the garage. Installed white subway tile with floating shelf. The shower has a custom glass enclosure with no door. In the next image, you will notice new designer tile on the floor, antique-looking vanity within the wall faucet, wall scones, pendant lights, and a casement window. The last picture shows the renovation side of the new construction garage.
There is all new plumbing, electric, and sanded and refinished old wood flooring. One can’t miss the reclaimed clawfoot tub with a floor-mount faucet. There is also a reclaimed and old vanity with a new marble top. We added some eloquence with a new chandelier and shiplap as an accent wall. Last is a recessed laundry bid area.
