This picture features a complete basement remodel. The old French drain was failing causing water damage to the basement. Our team installed all new French drains with two sump pump pits. All new framing and electrical are throughout. We built one full bath, a bedroom, an office, a laundry room, a craft closet, and a storage room. There is also wide base trim and door casing along with two-panel doors. And finally, we built a custom computer station for the children’s schooling.
