How we work

1. Initial phone call

2. Email conversation
To discuss the scope of the project, click here.
3. In-home consultation
I would come out and meet with you to discuss the project and take measurements. Then I would provide a ballpark estimate.
4. Design development
We would come up with a design for the project based on your input, needs, and budget. The project schedule and contract are also provided. There is a deposit for design development (typically 4-6% of the estimated price). The non-refundable deposit goes towards the project if you decide to move forward.
5. Construction
We take our design and bring it to life. We handle all permitting, material procurement, scheduling, and management.
